You will be part of Architecture Coherent DSP team, a highly skilled team involved in the design, simulation, implementation, and validation of DSP ASICs.Research technical literature related to communications and radar systemsWrite Matlab/Python simulators to evaluate the performance of different DSP architecturesGenerate material/presentations to support technical discussions Write system level simulators to evaluate the impact of optical components in the DSP performanceWhat You Can ExpectResearch technical literature related to communications systems, coherent systems and related fieldsWrite Matlab/Python simulators to evaluate the performance of different DSP architecturesUse, maintain, and modify in-house C++ simulatorsGenerate material/presentations to support technical discussionsUnderstand and interpret customer requirements for coherent optical systems and translate those requirements to concrete design decisionsCreate and evaluate innovative signal processing solutions that are suitable for CMOS implementationModel coherent systems at different levels of detail in Matlab, C++, and PythonDefine, implement and execute functional verification and validation of the designWrite thorough documentationPresent and defend your decisions and results to internal and external customersWhat We're Looking ForMinimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical.   • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical. Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields (degree in electrical)
  • 1+ year of work experience that provides knowledge and exposure to theories, principles and concepts of signal processing and/or digital communications (experience, 1 years)
  • Good theoretical background on signal theory, and digital signal processing (experience)
  • Good background on physics and mathematics (experience)
  • Experience using Matlab/Python for system level simulations (experience)
