Your Team, Your ImpactWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented FAE Intern to join our technical team in Suzhou and Shanghai. This role offers hands-on experience working with cutting-edge PAM4 DSP, linear TIA, driver, Coherent DSP, and optical technologies. As an intern, you will collaborate closely with senior FAEs and the U.S. application team to support customer engagements, debug hardware/software systems, and help optimize optical the performance of optical module and scale up, scale out, scale across optical interconnect products.The internship period will be conducted at Marvell Wuhan or Marvell Shanghai/Suzhou offices.Interns who complete the internship with satisfactory performance will have the opportunity to receive full-time offer upon passing the assessment.What You Can ExpectAssist senior FAEs in reviewing customer schematic and layout designs involving PAM4 DSP, Coherent DSP, driver, and TIA in optical modules, AEC, NPO, XPO, and CPO etc.Support SI and PI simulations.Support lab activities to tune and optimize customer product for improved performance under the guidance of experienced engineersParticipating in product bring-up and evaluation, performance testing, and debugging at lab.Join customer support to assist in debugging issues in the customer system.Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, FAQs, and internal training materialsWhat You Will Gain:Hands-on experience with state-of-the-art PAM4, Coherent ODSP technologiesPractical exposure to system-level bring-up and hardware/software co-debuggingDeep insight into the field application engineering workflow and customer interactionMentorship and technical guidance from experienced FAEs and U.S. engineering teamsOpportunity to learn about industry-leading SerDes DSPs in 5nm/3nm/2nm process nodes for 112G/224G/448G applicationsWhat We're Looking ForPursuing a Master’s and Ph. Required Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Master’s and Ph. D degree in Integrated Circuit Design and Integrated System, Integrated Circuit Science and Engineering, Integrated Circuit Science and Engineering, Electronic Information Engineering etc. related field (degree in integrated circuit design and integrated system)
  • Fundamental understanding or researching of AMS high-speed SerDes (e.g., PAM4), analog TIA, driver chip designs and optical communication systems are preferred (experience)
