Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Communications & Digital Content Intern to join our External Affairs team. In this role, you will support the development and execution of internal and external communications initiatives through content creation, website management, video editing, and other digital communication activities.Key Responsibilities:Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the company website, including content updates and quality checks.Assist in creating and editing multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and simple visual assets for internal and external communications.Monitor digital and social media trends and provide ideas to enhance content effectiveness and audience engagement.Support communications-related task and project coordination activities as needed.Requirements:Final-year student or fresh graduate in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing Communications, Multimedia, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.Available to commit to a full-time internship for up to 6 months.Skills & QualificationsStrong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.Passion for content creation, storytelling, and digital communications.Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools.Basic video shooting and editing skills (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva Video, or equivalent).Familiarity with creating content across various formats, including articles, videos, podcasts, and digital platforms.Comfortable working with digital content platforms and willing to learn basic website content publishing and page layout management.Creative, proactive, and eager to learn new communication tools and formats.Preferred QualificationsExperience creating content for organizations, communities, websites, social media, podcasts, or personal projects.Familiarity with website content management platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.Portfolio or samples of writing, design, video, or multimedia work are highly preferred.Required Skills: Preferred Skills: Current Employees apply HERECurrent Contingent Workers apply HERESearch Firm Representatives Please Read Carefully Merck & Co., Inc., Rahway, NJ, USA, also known as Merck Sharp & Dohme LLC, Rahway, NJ, USA, does not accept unsolicited assistance from search firms for employment opportunities.
