Job DescriptionThe Finance Director of Global Oncology will be a role responsible for supporting financial planning and analysis, an immunotherapy medication, a treatment, and other in line assets as well as the coordination of the overall Oncology consolidation for planning purposes. Will work extensively with the Marketing Operations and GDL’s as a key business partner.This role will provide insights and analytics to support business decisions while we continue to grow the oncology portfolio across all regions. This role will report to the Global Oncology Associate Vice President.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Financial Support to Marketing operations and coordinate the LCM team to get the outputs needed for forecastSupport GDL’s as required with consolidated informationSupport Global Planning for Long Range Operating Plan (LROP), Aug FC and Budget (e.g., financial guidance, management presentation, templates and Financial Calendar)Ensure alignment with Human Health International, Human Health Global CoE and Forecasting Team on the responsibilities and expectations around each CycleEnsure alignment with our Research & Development Division and assist in study prioritization workLiaise with Forecasting CoE to gather granular tumor details for both LROP and Budget cycles and ensure proper variances explanationsAssist in the development of materials for Senior LeadershipLiaise with other finance CoE’s to ensure high-quality financial reports and analysisProvide Ad Hoc support as needed to marketing team as well as Tally and Impairment if anyEnsure alignment on closing activities as well as background information to support variancesManage 2 direct ReportsPosition Qualifications: Education Minimum Requirement: BS/BA in Finance, Business or Economics or MBA concentration in these areasRequired Experience and Skills: Minimum of 7 years of experience that includes at least 5 in finance related rolesStrong Analytical, communication, organizational and collaborations skillsMust be able to deliver high-quality results under tight timelinesDemonstrated ability to interact with all levels of an organization, including senior managementHigh motivation and strong customer focusQuick learners and ability to work in a dynamic environmentPreferred Experience and Skills:SAP and BPC Experience and strong Excel, Power Point and ThinkCell skillsSolid Knowledge of our Company's Financial toolsRequired Skills: Business Strategy Development, Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Financial Competence, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)Preferred Skills: Oncology, Pharmaceutical IndustryCurrent Employees apply HERECurrent Contingent Workers apply HEREUS and Puerto Rico Residents Only:Our company is committed to inclusion, ensuring that candidates can engage in a hiring process that exhibits their true capabilities.
