The position leads requirements discovery, supports roadmap and backlog management, and ensures prioritized, standardized delivery of CLM enhancements that advance business objectives. This role also supports testing, issue resolution, and post-deployment support to ensure a stable, scalable, and high-performing CLM solutionWhat will you do in this roleLeads CLM business requirement gathering to understand enhancements neededConfigure contract management technologies based on requirements documentedConduct user acceptance testing to compile comprehensive test scenarios and identify flaws as well as improvements to newly built systems and processesSupports CLM roadmap development and maintenance of product backlogCoordinates across business stakeholders to prioritize needs for deployment that advance business objectives; maintain and manage CLM solution delivery planCommunicates CLM strategy to key business stakeholders and facilitates buy-in to achieve timely deliveryWorks closely with Product Line Lead and Product Manager(s) to support technical configuration of CLM solution based on business area needs, with a focus on process and delivery standardization Coordinates with business stakeholders to identify pain points within CLM processes and technologiesCoordinate testing activities to ensure effective delivery of CLM solutionSupports technical resolution of any CLM solution issues and incidents after deploymentWhat should you havePrimary Skill- CLM experience (DocuSign preferred), Icertis, Conga, SAP CLM, Workflow creation, System configuration (SaaS tools)Secondary Skill- Salesforce, AI, Digital Analytics, Power BI / Power Apps.Bachelor’s degree7+ years of experience in a technical IT and/or Product Analyst role2+ years of experience in implementation of Docusign / Agiloft / SirionLabs /SAP CLM technology with strong workflow configurationsOne or more of the following certifications or compelling CLM certifications:DocuSign CLM Implementation Consultant (Proctored exam).DocuSign CLM Technical Consultant (Proctored exam).Proven technical skillset to configure and maintain CLM solutions.Experience with API integrations is an added advantageExperience in CLM AI technologies is an added advantageStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive initiatives to meet business objectivesAbility to adapt quickly in a dynamic and complex environmentDemonstrated ability working with Microsoft Office product suiteProven track record of communicating effectively across stakeholder groupsExcellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to manage support multiple projects and deadlinesProduct Analyst experience with DocuSign or other CLM solutionsOur technology teams operate as business partners, proposing ideas and innovative solutions that enable new organizational capabilities.
