Job DescriptionMAIN ACTIVITIESActivity 1: GSCM Project LeadershipAct as the GSCM lead for assigned strategic programs, including New Product Development (NPD)To provide supply chain expertise, launch readiness planning, and capacity-load analysisActivity 2: Production Transfer ManagementLead internal production transfer studiesInitiate and present comprehensive business cases through the "Management of Change" (MoC) processActivity 3: Risk Mitigation & Capacity PlanningProactively identify potential supply chain risks and bottlenecks using global capacity analysesEvaluate alternative scenarios and recommend mitigation plansActivity 4: Strategic Volume PlanningParticipate in the development of the annual Centralized Production Plan and the Assumption-Based Review (ABR) across multiple manufacturing sitesActivity 5: Product Phase-In / Phase-Out (PIPO)Develop and execute transition ("switch") plans for PIPO projects in close partnership with key stakeholders, including manufacturing sites, R&D, Quality, and Master Data teamsActivity 6: Tool DeploymentSupport the implementation and deployment of advanced planning tools (e.g., Aera) within the supply chain networkREQUIRED SKILLSKnow-how (ability to)Data-Driven Mindset: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record in complex data manipulation and translating metrics into business insightsInfluence & Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to influence peers and senior leadership in a matrix organization without direct hierarchical authorityProblem-Solving: Strong capability to dissect complex operational issues and propose structured, actionable solutionsKnowledgesEducation: B.S. degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field (Advanced degree is a plus)Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, production planning, or manufacturing operationsSystems Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced planning tools.
