You will set the stage for exceptional guest experiences through your polished presence, leadership, and commitment to excellence, guiding your team to deliver seamless, personalized service that reflects Carbone’s iconic style and ARIA’s luxury standards. - Previous experience in a High-Volume, Fine Dining outlet as a manager or similar role preferred (experience)
- Previous experience managing employees under a collective bargaining agreement preferred (experience)
