In this dynamic role, you’ll lead Slot Operation employees with a strong focus on employee engagement, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining compliance with regulations and department policies. THE DAY-TO-DAY:Assist the Shift Manager with operational functions of the Slots Department including delegating duties and tasks to hourly employees, resolving guest and employee concerns, ensuring compliance with departmental and company policies and management of human resource responsibilities to include fostering a positive work environment, employee development and mentorship, training, and issuing discipline Ensure the proper documentation of all actions taken for assigned staff members.
