You will play an essential role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by maintaining the restaurant, including the dining room, storerooms, food pickup areas, and beverage stations, while ensuring all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and readiness. Responsibilities

- Polish flatware, set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, and accessories, fold napkins properly and ensure ashtrays are clean and available on tables in designated smoking areas
- Clear, clean, and sanitize booth/chair cushions and tables completely, and reset with clean linens, ashtrays, votive candles, glassware, and any additional tabletop items needed
- Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles
