In this role, you’ll lead and support your team to deliver exceptional service while maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.THE DAY-TO-DAY:Oversee all Casino Cage functions, ensuring operational efficiency, accurate end-of-shift bank balancing, and strict adherence to departmental variance policies and Title 31 regulationsChampion premier guest service by resolving guest complaints, and overseeing the M life Rewards, MyVegas, and M life Rewards Mastercard programs. Authorized to issue complimentary play and perform tier adjustments in line with company policiesAct as a central point of contact, maintaining open and effective communication with Casino, Finance, Marketing, F&B, Hotel, and Retail departments to ensure seamless operationsManage all Human Resources responsibilities for the department, including interviewing, performance management, and succession planning.
