You’ll oversee tournaments, events, and promotional activity, provide guidance and support to the Casino Host team, and collaborate with corporate and property-wide partners to ensure seamless execution. You’ll also leverage insights to optimize both the guest experience and business outcomes, creating an unmatched experience for our guests.THE DAY-TO-DAY:Review and submit changes for marketing collateral. Ensure the approval chain for marketing collateral is followed accurately and timelyWorks closely with National Marketing management to design, implement and evaluate marketing programs, host productivity, event P&L’s, and M life Rewards initiatives and promotionsWorks with Direct Marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and establish direct mail and email criteria specific to each campaignMake approval decisions for event participation and tickets based on historical gamingPrepare rules and/or procedures for tournaments, giveaways and drawings and ensure affected departments receive such informationAssist with all tournament administration which includes: creating tournament databases, charging entry fees, report execution, scoring, record keeping, host lists, session time assignments, guest interactions, hardware/software checks, credential prep, collateral approvals, and overseeing the tournament teamOversee/conduct promotional drawings, which may include speaking on a microphone on stage or in a crowdFollow and ensure all Gaming MICS are adhered to for all events, tournaments and giveaways. Responsibilities
