Your approachable and personable demeanor, coupled with your dedication to ensuring appropriate accommodation arrangements for VIP Guest Reservations, Groups, and Wholesale bookings, will help create memorable experiences for our guests. By delivering exceptional service and maintaining accurate reservation records, you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience.THE STARTING RATE: $21.84 per hourTHE DAY-TO-DAY:Analyzes casino play and establishes comp profiles for guest reservations.Processes all reservations and requests from guests, hosts, executives, Sales Department, and branch offices.Assists casino hosts and executives with reservations, requests for information, etc.Receives in-bound calls in response to various mailings and invitations.
