Responsibilities
- Update status of guest rooms
- Process Rooms Control data and distribute rooms to Managers on all shifts
- Receive and process rush room requests from the Front Desk and VIP Services
- Receive requests from the Front Desk and VIP services by phone or computer printer for special requests from guests, such as baby cribs, bed boards, irons, hair dryers, etc.
- Receive and process requests from guests for turndown services, extra towels, etc., and forwards the request to the proper employee in the specific area
