- Maintain spa facilities and locker areas ensuring they are well stocked, and in tidy and sanitary condition at all times
- Assist guests in the booking of spa services via spa software, direct guests to their appointments and assist them with the use of sauna, steam, whirlpools, and other spa amenities
- Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products
