In this role, you will provide exceptional guest service, assisting customers as they explore our vibrant marketplace filled with beloved Italian classics crafted by Eataly’s talented chefs. Your warm and welcoming demeanor will set the tone for their journey, making every interaction a delightful one. Your responsibilities will include processing transactions efficiently while maintaining a consistent image and ensuring a comfortable shopping environment. You’ll be the key point of contact for guests, answering questions about our diverse offerings, from grab-and-go counters to seated dining options. - 6+ months of prior relevant experience in a similar cash handling, customer service oriented role preferred (experience)
