As a Security Dispatcher, you’ll be at the heart of our Security Department, serving as the vital communication link between Security Officers and Management. You’ll coordinate radio and telephone communications, stay calm and make smart, quick decisions during emergencies, and expertly manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. If you’re organized, alert, confident under pressure, and ready to play a critical role in keeping people and operations safe, this is your opportunity to make a real impact!THE STARTING RATE: $22.00 per hourTHE DAY-TO-DAY:Continuously monitor cameras, access control systems, and alarm panels to identify and respond to potential security threats Coordinate and direct security officers to respond to incidents, emergencies, and requests for assistance throughout the propertyMaintain continuous coordination with the Global Security Operations Center.Operate communication equipment, such as two-way radios and telephonesMaintain accurate logs of communication, incidents, emergencies, and security activities in real-time, maintaining clear and detailed records for reporting and follow-upFollow established protocols during emergencies, while maintaining clear communication and coordination with local authorities.Liaise with law enforcement, emergency medical services, and other external agencies as neededOwn dispatch calls for service including those related to security or lost and found items.
