At MGM Resorts, we seek individuals like YOU to create unique and show-stopping experiences for our guests.THE JOB:The primary responsibility of the Slots Guest Services Representative is to enhance the guests Slot experience by assisting with property and slot related questions, slot machine payouts and enrollment to MGM Resorts International Rewards Program. Be able to complete required Regulatory and Federal Tax paperwork and appropriately validate guest age using government issued IDs. Required Qualifications
- 1+ Years of prior relevant experience as a Slot Guest Service representative preferred (experience, 1 years)
