At MGM Resorts, we seek individuals like YOU to create unique and show-stopping experiences for our guests.THE JOB:Join the dynamic MassMutual Center team as a Tech Utility Lead, where you'll play a vital role in creating memorable guest experiences by setting executing event set ups, cleaning and facility changeovers.THE STARTING RATE: $18.50 per hourTHE DAY-TO-DAY:Set chairs, bleachers, carpeting, portable flooring, hockey dasher, ice making, etc. as directedMaintain the highest standards to ensure the quality and cleanliness in the arena, convention spaces, public areas, offices, and other areasRecognize equipment that needs repairs, adjustments, or replacement, maintain equipmentOversee Tech Utility during changeovers and cleaning when supervisors are unavailableTake initiative to get tasks completed in a timely mannerMaintain a constant awareness of safety and accident preventionTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE:1+ Years of prior relevant Tech Utility experience (required)Able and willing to work variable shifts, to include weekends and holidays.
