You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, driving commercially practical solutions across multiple APAC jurisdictions.What You’ll DoLead end-to-end legal support for major capital projects across APAC, from early development and procurement strategy through contracting, execution, claims, and closeoutDraft and negotiate complex agreements, including EPC/EPCM, design-build, construction management, consulting, procurement, and supply contractsAdvise on project risks and strategy, including delay exposure, change orders, performance security, defects/warranty, and dispute avoidance/resolutionPartner with business stakeholders (procurement, engineering, project teams) to structure tenders, manage risk, and develop contracting templates and playbooksSupport regional project development matters, including land, permitting, and regulatory coordination with local counselManage external counsel across APAC, ensuring pragmatic, high-quality advice aligned to business objectivesTrack legal/regulatory developments and translate them into practical guidance for project teamsWhat We’re Looking ForQualified lawyer (8+ years) with strong experience in construction, infrastructure, or major capital projects (EPC/EPCM preferred) and ability to support cross-border APAC mattersProven track record advising on complex industrial or technical projects, with hands-on experience in live-project issues (delays, claims, variations, disputes)Strong drafting, negotiation, and commercial judgment, with the ability to deliver pragmatic advice to diverse stakeholdersFamiliarity with FIDIC or equivalent frameworks, including security of payment/adjudication regimes and broader APAC construction law practicesWhat Success Looks LikeProjects move faster with early, practical legal inputContracts are commercially aligned to real project risksTrusted partner to engineering, procurement, and project leadership teamsImproved consistency and efficiency of contracting across APACRisks are identified early and addressed before escalationAbout Micron Technology, Inc.We are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich life for all.
