This outstanding opportunity allows you to contribute to achieving outstanding customer quality performance through product qualification, quality monitoring, data-driven problem solving, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product reliability, improve customer happiness, and optimize quality-related costs. ResponsibilitiesDevelop, review, and complete product qualification plans and support qualification releases.Establish and improve outgoing quality and reliability monitoring (OQRM) sampling and test strategies.Track quality and reliability performance throughout wafer fabrication, assembly, test, and module operations.Analyze quality metrics and drive initiatives to improve customer DPM (Defective Parts Per Million) performance.Perform data analysis and root cause investigations to identify failure mechanisms and implement corrective and preventive actions.Evaluate and disposition deviation materials while balancing quality, customer, and business requirements.Drive inventory reduction, rescreen, and rework activities to minimize Cost of Non-Conformance (CoNC).Leverage AI-enabled technologies, including Copilot, Agentic AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs), to improve efficiency and decision-making.RequirementsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or a related engineering field.Knowledge of semiconductor devices, MOSFETs, CMOS technologies, and manufacturing processes.Knowledge of DRAM production, wafer testing, component testing, and module testing concepts.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Experience using statistical analysis tools such as JMP and familiarity with Unix/Linux environments.Effective communication, organization, and collaboration skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, product engineering, quality, or reliability engineering is preferred.Exposure to failure analysis techniques, ATE, and diagnostic equipment is an advantage.About Micron Technology, Inc.We are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich life for all. Required Qualifications
