Because doing so can fuel the very innovation we are pursuing.Job SummaryAs part of the Site Strategic Program Manager Office (SPMO) team, you will be responsible for managing programs and projects for one or more of the categories below.Business Plans and Strategic BenchmarkingSite objectives related to Infrastructure, People and othersTechnology & Cost CompetitivenessManufacturing Efficiency & EffectivenessSustainable ManufacturingSupporting the Site Director and his leadership team through your Site SPMO Director, you will help develop a roadmap to achieve outstanding performance in your category. You will accomplish this by working with various partners and departments to prioritize and establish the business value of projects as well as facilitate the initiation, planning, execution and closure of projects in a timely manner.
