Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.Key ResponsibilitiesFacility shift team.Day/Night rotate shift is required.Develop and implement comprehensive facility management programs to ensure detailed operations.Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain and upgrade facility infrastructure.Conduct regular inspections and assessments to determine the condition of facilities and implement preventive measures.Coordinate and lead all aspects of facility projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations strictly.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for facility-related issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.Leverage approved Generative AI, AI Assistants, and digital technologies to enhance facility operations, process optimization, knowledge management, and operational excellence while ensuring the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence in accordance with Micron policies.RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you should have:A bachelor’s degree in engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Proven experience in facility engineering or management.Strong understanding of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Outstanding problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.Ability to work independently and make informed decisions under pressure.Basic proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.Demonstrated interest in AI, digital transformation, automation, and data analytics, with the ability to leverage approved AI-Assisted and AI-Augmented solutions to improve operational effectiveness and business outcomes.Familiarity with AI Assistants, Generative AI, Power BI, automation platforms, data analytics tools, or programming languages such as Python is a plus.Understanding of responsible AI practices, information security, data privacy, and confidential information handling is preferred.About Micron Technology, Inc.We are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich life for all.
