Job RequirementMaster's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or a related discipline; equivalent practical experience may be considered.2+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, operations planning, industrial engineering, supply chain, quality operations, business analytics, productivity improvement, or process automation. High-potential recent graduates with strong analytical capabilities are also encouraged to apply.Strong understanding of operational planning, capacity management, workforce planning, productivity analysis, budget management, and business performance metrics.Proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, and data visualization techniques. Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, UiPath, or related digital solutions is preferred.Demonstrated experience using AI, analytics, digital technologies, or automation tools to drive productivity improvements, business insights, or operational efficiencies.Ability to leverage AI tools effectively to enhance work quality, simplify complex analysis, and enable data-driven decision-making.Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
