The role focuses on monitor module ATE yield performance and identify yield detractors, failure trends, and abnormal test excursions. Perform data analysis to support root cause investigations of yield loss, hardware issues, and process-related problems. Support tester, handler, and associated hardware relocation activities between manufacturing sites. Assist in tool installation, setup, qualification, and release-to-production activities..
