The manager provides technical leadership, develops engineering talent, drives process optimization, and partners with Manufacturing, Equipment Engineering, Facilities, Quality, and Central Teams to support business objectives and technology roadmap execution.Key Responsibilities1. Yield & Quality ImprovementEstablish proactive process control culture.Utilize SPC, FDC and advanced statistical methodologies.Lead root cause investigations and corrective action implementation.Drive defect reduction and yield enhancement projects.4. Change Management & Risk ControlEnsure effective process change management.Review and govern process modifications.Identify and mitigate manufacturing risks before implementation.Support process compliance and audit requirements.5. Technology Development & RampLead new tool qualification and process startup activities.Support technology transfer and production ramp.Work with global teams and suppliers to implement best practices.Drive process capability improvement to support future products.6.
