You will collaborate with global, multi-functional engineering teams to optimize product performance, manufacturability, cost, and time-to-market while supporting end-to-end product development and validation.ResponsibilitiesDesign, simulate, and optimize memory circuits, including layout development and verification using industry-standard tools (e.g., SPICE, Verilog)Develop schematic blocks such as memory arrays, control logic, datapaths, address decoders, and internal test logicAnalyze design trade-offs across power, speed, die size, and manufacturability to improve overall product performanceCollaborate with Product Engineering, Test, Process Integration, Assembly, and Marketing teams to ensure robust and scalable designsApply AI-enabled tools and methodologies to improve circuit design efficiency, simulation accuracy, and overall design flow optimizationMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or higherFoundational understanding of memory architectures, circuit design, and semiconductor device behaviorExperience with circuit simulation setup, debugging, and analysis using tools such as SPICE or VerilogStrong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts clearly to multi-functional teamsPreferred QualificationsHands-on experience designing semiconductor circuits or memory-related componentsFamiliarity with layout parasitics extraction and integration into simulation environmentsKnowledge of design-for-manufacturing (DFM) concepts and semiconductor process technologiesExperience using AI-assisted or AI-enabled design tools to enhance productivity, automate workflows, or improve design validation outcomesAs a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth. Required Qualifications
