The primary focus of this position is to own the development and optimization of the packaging assembly processes to meet the schedule of business cases. To work on new product introduction and improving the yield, quality and reliability with process characterization and optimization and new materials, machines & technologies introduction. This position will also require you to drive continues improvement by improving the process margins and process capabilities. You will also be required to identify, diagnose, and resolve assembly process related problems by applying problem solving skills while Integrating AI and data-driven methodologies to enhance process understanding, enable predictive control, and accelerate decision-making in high-volume manufacturing.
