This senior individual contributor position provides significant visibility and strategic impact within the PMO organization.The ideal candidate will own some of Micron's most technically fast paced and customer-critical product portfolios, from New Product Introduction (NPI) through High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) readiness. Beyond execution, you will be an inspiring leader, crafting cross-functional governance mechanisms, driving AI-powered workflow improvements, and elevating the efficiency of the program management team.This role combines technical expertise, organizational impact, and operational rigor. You will represent your programs at the executive level. You will navigate ambiguity across multiple business units and help define how Micron's PMO evolves to meet the dynamic product landscape.Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end execution of Graphics DRAM and Compute product programs from NPI through HVM, ensuring alignment with product lifecycle management processesEstablish and drive Product Development Teams (PDTs), maintaining clear priorities, decision-making, risk management, and cross-functional accountabilityOwn portfolio health reporting, governance reviews, and cross-BU alignment for NPI planning, wafer allocation, prioritization, and escalation managementDrive adoption of AI-enabled tools and workflow automation to improve program visibility, operational efficiency, and decision qualityChampion PMO best practices through lessons learned, process improvements, and organizational capability developmentRequired QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field preferred) with 10+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, product development, or program managementDemonstrated track record of owning and successfully delivering complex, multi-phase semiconductor programs from NPI through HVM rampExperience with AI tools, workflow automation, or digital transformation initiatives in a program management or operations contextComprehensive knowledge of product development phases and semiconductor industry product lifecycle oversightDemonstrated capability to guide Product Development Teams within cross-functional and geographically dispersed organizationsExperience leading cross-organizational governance forums, with demonstrated skill in aligning collaborators, prioritizing tasks, and managing critical issuesStrong command of program scheduling tools and methodologies; ability to assess and communicate schedule health, critical path, and risk at an executive levelStrong skills in communication, both written and verbal, as well as executive presentations, with a track record of influencing others without direct authorityData-driven approach; experience using program metrics, dashboards, and analytics to drive decisions and surface risksSelf-directed, structured, and comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-paced environmentWillingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as neededPreferred QualificationsExperience with emerging Compute memory programsProficiency with enterprise program management and data tools including JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Power BI, SAP Hana, and TeamcenterPMP certification or equivalent project management credentialExperience mentoring or formally coaching other program managersAs a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field preferred) with 10+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, product development, or program management (experience, 10 years)
  • Demonstrated track record of owning and successfully delivering complex, multi-phase semiconductor programs from NPI through HVM ramp (experience)
  • Experience with AI tools, workflow automation, or digital transformation initiatives in a program management or operations context (experience)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of product development phases and semiconductor industry product lifecycle oversight (experience)
  • Demonstrated capability to guide Product Development Teams within cross-functional and geographically dispersed organizations (experience)
  • Experience leading cross-organizational governance forums, with demonstrated skill in aligning collaborators, prioritizing tasks, and managing critical issues (experience)
  • Strong command of program scheduling tools and methodologies; ability to assess and communicate schedule health, critical path, and risk at an executive level (experience)
  • Strong skills in communication, both written and verbal, as well as executive presentations, with a track record of influencing others without direct authority (experience)
  • Data-driven approach; experience using program metrics, dashboards, and analytics to drive decisions and surface risks (experience)
  • Self-directed, structured, and comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment (experience)
