This role offers an exceptional chance to collaborate closely with local and global collaborators and drive quality excellence in our products. As a PQA Technician, you will be assisting Engineers in managing QA related activities, including but not limited to: quality inspection, maintenance, random audit, training at production lines. Also responsible in supporting Quality program/Audit/6S/ESD activities at the site as needs arise.Responsibilities and Tasks:Assist PQA engineer in managing quality deviation and drive for closure of corrective/preventive actions to drive for deviation reduction and continual improvement.Conduct inline assessment and validate corrective and preventive actions to drive inline and outgoing control to meet customers’ quality requirement.Monitor and keep track corrective action, prevention action and lesson learn fanout status.Use automation tool (Power BI, Power Apps, Tableau etc) to develop and enhance dashboards for quality metrics. Establish standard operating procedure for quality related monitoring.
