This includes Exploring and Developing Innovative to Improve Processes, Effectiveness and Efficiencies.Responsibilities:Organizing and leading MRB & Reprocessing meetings, ensuring Compliance to MRB / Rescreen Business Process & related QMSDriving accurate Containment Scope and Methodology and align with supply chain on recovery planDrive risk-based disposition decision using in line / reliability dataPrepare and present timely update GMRB executive summary to executive levelDrive MRB effectiveness metrics and identify gap for continuous improvementDevelop, Evaluate Tools to improve Processes, Effectiveness and EfficienciesQualifications & Skills:Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to organize and structure data effectivelyStrong knowledge of Assembly & Test processes and failure modesGood organizational skills and sharp attention to detailGood written and oral communication skillsEfficient computer and AI skills, e.g. Copilot, power BI, Microsoft Office Kit, snowflake etc.Knowledge of using statistical tools, Unix and JMP.Knowledge of semiconductor reliability testingAbility to work independently or in a group environment.Education and Experience:Minimum of Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in Applied Physics, Electrical Engineering or related field of studyAbout Micron Technology, Inc.We are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich life for all.
