In this position, you will be responsible for leading IP circuit design group in India. Use of both analog and digital CMOS design skills needed to guide the team to work on the various analog and digital IP circuits. Also, responsible for working with Product Engineering to verify silicon performance vs simulation performance of circuits you design. Some of the circuits we target are I/O's, voltage regulators, generators, amplifiers, oscillators, pumps, translators, fuse array, DLL and standard control logic. Will also work with Process integration and transistor modeling personnel in designing the circuits to be used on Micron's next leading-edge process node.
