This role partners cross-functionally with POM, GSC, EEM, PDT, and Manufacturing to translate business demand into executable wafer, capacity, and cost strategies.Responsibilities:Expected to drive ENG Ops key charter of "Lead with urgency in tactical execution with passion for excellence on tactical IE and inventory mgt" in tactical space with ability to identify risks ahead and provide resolutions/mitigations.The material in scope can be, but not limited to, from Test Chip Vehicle (TCV), New Production Introduction (NPI) or High Volume Manufacturing (HVM). The cross functional teams in scope can be and not limited to, FAB, BE, PE, GSC (POM, TSP, TDP, SSP), GQ and BU.Ensure product (PSPT/PCT, MAM attr, nomenclature etc) & manufacturing (Master Data, ENTBOM, wafer map etc) dataset being setup by partner prior to demand line loading and when changes are required.Drive or engage cross functional workstream in managing material supply throughout the NPI phases with alignment with PDTL/EEM in term of priority with an E2E mindset and lead with urgency. Install business process and/or automation to ensure the right set of material being deployed for the right demand at the right time.Collaborate with cross functional teams in installing correct material disposition and appropriate control in handling material exception or engineering build as well as releasing QA Hold material on time.
