The team defines, drives and delivers end to end smart manufacturing solution, integrated across functions of the business. The team will investigate applying industry-leading the best methodologies in automation, AI and machine learning to enhance Micron’s product development, business and administrative processes across the company.ResponsibilitiesConduct diagnostic and understand gaps and areas of improvement in current Yield Analysis related solutions and ways of workingWork with Industry 4.0 solution end users to design & define requirements and analyze information related to the adoption of I4.0 and Yield Management System for Smart ManufacturingEnsure optimization and standardization of tools and processes leveraging central team business partners to allow solutions to be scaled sustainably across sitesDevelop business case, including impact validation approach, ROI of potential solutions and prioritize & propose projects for implementationLead projects and activities that will require the coordination, support, and management of resources from global development and supporting teams, working with Solution Architects, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Machine Learning EngineersProvide expert functional and process guidance on system interfaces and capabilitiesUse metrics and performance data to understand opportunities for improvementIntegrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.​Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.​Qualifications At least 5 years of work experience in Assembly/Test Process Engineering or similar operations functionsFamiliar with Yield Management processes, systems and solutions for high volume and high mix production environmentSuperb interpersonal skills with demonstrable ability to effectively lead and present to small and large groupsProven ability to work multi-functionally with peers, senior and mid-level managementPeer leadership and relationship management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHighly organized and ability to remain flexible to the changing business needsAbility to apply baseline digital fluency and role‑appropriate AI literacy to use AI‑enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem‑solving, operational tasks, and achieving business outcomes.​About Micron Technology, Inc.We are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich life for all.
