Proficiency with Advantest V93K ATE platforms and/or other logic device ATE testers is preferred.Proficiency in programming with C/C++ and/or JAVA is required.Solid understanding of testing for CMOS SoCs. Prefer candidates with exceptional digital, analog, and MXS test programming and debug experience.
