The role will oversee housekeeping, hospitality, waste management, landscaping, transportation, Dormitory, Permits, Food and Canteen Services and vendor performance while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesManage housekeeping, janitorial, deep cleaning, façade cleaning, and workplace hygiene services.Manage Transportation for employees, visitors as requiredOversee cafeteria, pantry, vending Machines, landscaping, indoor plants, and employee amenities.Manage Dormitory for employees as requiredManage Environmental Health Service such as Mosquito managementClosely work with security team - operations, access control, emergency preparedness, and workplace safety initiatives.Drive waste management, recycling, pest control, and sustainability programs.Manage soft service vendors, contracts, SLAs, KPIs, and performance reviews.Support facility planning, workplace upgrades, layout changes, and infrastructure projects.Applying artificial intelligence to review project costs, vendor proposals, and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and schedules.Conduct audits and ensure compliance with Micron safety, environmental, and operational standards.Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and enhanced employee experience.Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery across the site.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.12-15+ years of experience in Facilities Management, Soft Services, Hospitality, or Workplace Operations in MNC environment.Strong experience in vendor management, workplace operations, and stakeholder coordination.Knowledge of workplace safety, compliance requirements, and operational best practices.Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience in manufacturing, semiconductors, technology, or large corporate environments.Professional certification in Facilities or Workplace Management ispreferred.About Micron Technology, Inc.We are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich life for all.
