Explore continual improvement in characterization and validation methodology aligned with the growth in customer requirement and higher data rate supported. Monitor NAND performance during Assured Quality Level (AQL) testing during product development and qualification Perform Electrical Failure Analysis during the evaluations, and investigate root causes of reported device issues and collaborate with NAND Design, Application Engineering, Product and System teams to drive closure of device issues Leveraging AI and automate program development and work processes whenever possible. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics or Computer Engineering or related fieldCourse work or work experience in Python/C/C++, semiconductor physics, data analytics and statistics is required.
