You will develop and optimize processes, solve manufacturing problems, and work closely with suppliers and internal teams to improve quality and cost. This role involves the utilization of AI/LLM/ML for worker productivity.Responsibilities:Diagnose and resolve assembly process issues using structured methodologiesDevelop, optimize, and qualify new or modified process baselinesLead yield improvement, cost reduction, and productivity initiativesCoordinate process, equipment, and material evaluationsSupport audits, SPC/FDC, and site‑to‑site portabilityMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering or related fieldExperience in process development or high‑volume manufacturingKnowledge of SPC, FMEA, 8D, or failure analysis techniquesAbility to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issuesAI/LLM/ML familiarityPreferred Qualifications:Experience in thin films or assembly process developmentExperience with supplier management and material qualificationBackground supporting new product introductionStrong data analysis and problem‑solving skillsAs a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
