Because doing so can fuel the very innovation we are pursuing.The TSE Technician – HBM Probe supports Test Solutions Engineering (TSE) activities for High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) products at wafer probe. The role executes operational, data, and system‑level tasks that enable efficient HBM probe evaluations, production releases, and yield/debug activities, working closely with TSE engineers across NPI and high‑volume manufacturing phases.This position is critical in supporting fast‑paced HBM development cycles where tight execution, data discipline, and cross‑functional coordination are essential. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport HBM probe activities by executing requests from TSE engineers, including:Evaluation and production lot assignment, tracking, and coordinationLot handling, status monitoring, and execution follow‑upAttribute tagging, traveler setup, and hold / release executionSupport experiments and investigations related to:Yield improvementTest time optimizationTest errors and probe‑related issuesPerform data mining and generate reports with basic analysis to support:Engineering debug and root‑cause investigationsNPI learning cycles and ramp readinessProduction and release decision reviewsTrack and maintain HBM probe execution metrics under TSE engineer direction, including:Lot turnaround time (TAT) and execution statusEvaluation and experiment completion trackingHold / release status and agingGenerate regular metric summaries and dashboards using standard or auto‑report tools to support daily execution reviews and engineering discussions.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and traceability across systems used for TSE probe support, and flag metric anomalies or execution gaps for engineering follow‑up.Assist in feeding experiment results back into probe programs under TSE engineer guidance.Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Process, Yield, Manufacturing, PI/YE) to ensure smooth execution of HBM probe activities.Required QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in:Electrical / Electronics EngineeringComputer EngineeringMechatronicsApplied Science or related technical disciplineBasic exposure or understanding of:Semiconductor manufacturing or wafer probe/test flowsData handling, scripting, or structured technical systemsComfortable working in a fast‑paced, execution‑driven engineering environment. Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in:Electrical / Electronics EngineeringComputer EngineeringMechatronicsApplied Science or related technical discipline (degree in bachelor)
  • Basic exposure or understanding of:Semiconductor manufacturing or wafer probe/test flowsData handling, scripting, or structured technical systems (experience)
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, execution‑driven engineering environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple parallel requests. (experience)
