Join us and be part of the team that empowers billions worldwide.ResponsibilitiesAs a CET Intern, you will:Work onsite at our datacenters in Busan. Carry out basic operational tasks such as site rounds, recording observations, and taking measurements under supervision.Learn to operate critical systems safely and professionally, with the opportunity to earn your Microsoft CET Level 1 certification.Monitor and inspect facility equipment (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, fire/life safety systems) and report abnormal conditions.Use our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track assets and manage work orders.Assist with emergency monitoring and response following established procedures.Support incident investigations by gathering data and contributing to root-cause analysis.Participate in planned, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, including preparing materials and administrative tasks.Collaborate with senior technicians to troubleshoot complex systems.Document maintenance and troubleshooting activities and escalate issues as needed.Contribute to developing Methods of Procedure (MOPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for safe operations.Conduct technical research on relevant topics to enhance your knowledge.QualificationsRequired Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Basic knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical systems Minimum of 18 years of age You need to be a South Korean National or, have residency and you must be eligible to work in South Korea Background Check Requirements: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. Preferred Qualifications:Completed qualification in Facilities Management, Mechanical, Electrical engineering or related qualification.Electrical or mechanical engineer diploma level 2 Ability to support frequent standing, walking, lifting, and working at heights with or without equipment assistance. Able to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders. Proficient in written and oral English communication to support regional and global teams. Desire to learn, grow, and develop new technical skills. Flexibility to work non-standard business hours that may include weekends and/or holidays.
