In this role, you orchestrate executive engagements that strengthen relationships with our key customers and accelerate partner-led growth across our ecosystem. You enable teams to deliver high-quality, outcome-focused interactions, ensuring consistency, clarity and accountability. Reporting to the Executive Engagement Lead, you work across SME&C, Microsoft’s Commercial Business (MCB), and the broader Microsoft network to drive end-to-end executive engagement planning and follow-through. You connect stakeholders and ensure commitments turn into action, elevating execution through operational excellence, strong judgement, and an AI-first approach.This role requires an effective collaborator who combines structured execution with strategic thinking, communicates with clarity and influence, and thrives in a fast-paced executive environment. Business Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.
