OverviewAs a Datacenter Program Manager - Compliance, you will lead compliance, audit readiness, and governance activities across Microsoft's datacenter operations. You will manage compliance programs, coordinate audits and assessments, drive corrective actions, and partner with stakeholders to ensure facilities operate in line with Microsoft standards, regulatory requirements, and operational best practices while promoting a culture of safety, security, and continuous improvement.Microsoft’s Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) is the engine that powers our cloud services. As a CO+I DCPM, you will perform a key role in delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's online services including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and the Microsoft Azure platform. ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for datacenter audit, compliance, and operational readiness activities, including site safety drills and tabletop exercises.Lead audit readiness inspections, drive corrective action plans, and ensure compliance gaps are effectively addressed.Implement and continuously improve metro-wide compliance strategies, operational efficiencies, and onboarding of new facilities.Manage governance, risk, and compliance activities, including audits, assessments, access reviews, and compliance controls.Maintain auditable documentation, environmental plans, emergency procedures, and business continuity programs in line with retention requirements.Promote a culture of safety, security, compliance, knowledge sharing, and One Microsoft values while building strong stakeholder relationships and supporting teams through change.QualificationsRequired Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent OR industry experience and college course work.Experience in managing Compliance in large-scale mission critical infrastructure environments.Background Check Requirements: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.While not required, we also look for the following Preferred Qualifications:Experience in managing Compliance in large-scale mission critical infrastructure environments.Articulate communicator and influencer who is credible, self-assured, and highly capable of negotiating successful outcomes with key business leaders.Have strong technical skills and the ability to explain complex issues and requirements in an easily understood manner.Apply previous learning and ideas to new situations, projects, and teams, developing creative solutions to manage risk.Demonstrate strong business acumen that includes experience working with leaders at all levels of the organization. Data Center Operations Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across Netherlands is € 58,400.00 - € 94,400.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
