OverviewThe Digital Natives - Growth Markets team works with customers in the Software Development & ISV industries to help them grow by leveraging the power of Azure and AI. We work with some of the most exciting growth companies across Asia to create scalable, secure and cost-effective cloud foundations that drive their business. In the DN team, we are looking for people with a passion for delivering customer outcomes. As a Field CTO, you will develop strong trust relationships with internal and external decision-makers, helping customers achieve their goals through Microsoft technologies (such as Azure, Fabric, Foundry, and Github) and programs (such as Frontier, ISV Success, EBCs, etc.) We are innovating rapidly, so you must be self-motivated to stay informed and develop useful points of view on trends and new developments. As a productive member of the team, you will raise the bar by sharing your learnings and finding new ways to innovate on behalf of customers.ResponsibilitiesYou will develop relationships with key customer IT decision makers, who drive long-term cloud adoption within their company to enable them to be cloud advocates as well as be the Voice of the Customer and share insights and best practices and connect with Engineering teams to remove blockers.You will provide feedback & insights from customers/partners back to the relevant MS teams including Product Groups, to enable continuous improvement.You will deliver excellence as you own your committed pipeline and ensure delivery in alignment with customer expectationsYou will develop opportunities to drive Customer Success business results by working with technical decision makers to ensure they understand Microsoft's Azure Infrastructure services required to operate AI solutions at scale, inclusive of value proposition and how they get value from their investment in the Microsoft technology.You will run Architectural Design Sessions to build plan for implementing solution –governing design in line with customer business goals and their technical environment as you use CAF Landing Zones to rapidly enable migrations, help build customer resiliency in priority areas including Data Platform, Analytics, and prepare our customers for AI Innovation.You will identify resolutions to issues blocking go-live of customer success projects by leveraging Azure Data and Analytics technical subject matter expertise and lead technical conversations with customers to drive value from their Microsoft investments and deliver all work according to MS best practices and policies.You will demonstrate a Self-Learner mindset through continuous alignment of individual skilling to team/area demands and Customer Success goals as you accelerate customer outcomes and engage in relevant communities to share expertise, contribute to IP creation, prioritize IP re-sure and learn from others to help accelerate your customers transformation journey.QualificationsRequired QualificationsDemonstrated experience creating cloud-based solutions using AzureTechnical mastery of cloud infrastructure and AI, with emphasis on resilient, secure, and optimized architectureDemonstrated technical pre-sales or consulting experienceProven ability to influence decisionmakers, internally and externally Preferred QualificationsDemonstrated knowledge of LLM and Token-based workloads and optimizationAs an extension of our Engineering team, must have scientific rigour and make a strong case using dataPrior experience in software development, devops, or security This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
