OverviewAs an HR Generalist supporting the Microsoft AI (MAI) organization, one of Microsoft's fastest-growing businesses, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, partnering with HR Business Partners and Recruiting to scale teams, develop talent, and strengthen organizational effectiveness. Influence and collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to shape and adapt company programs, policies, and initiatives to meet the evolving needs of the MAI organization while maintaining alignment with Microsoft priorities. Help ensure new employees are successfully onboarded, connected, and positioned for success in a rapidly scaling organization. Help leaders navigate growth, change, and organizational complexity by providing proactive guidance, identifying emerging people trends, and escalating risks as appropriate. HR Generalist IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (HR), Legal, Business, Psychology, or related field AND 7+ years experience with HR or related experience (e.g., hiring, training, performance management) involving applicable employment laws and policiesOR equivalent experience. (experience, 7 years)
