A Principal Product Manager leads product strategy, vision, and execution across complex product areas. Go-To-Market LeadershipPromote product capabilities internally and externally.Partner with Marketing, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams.Define release criteria and launch strategies.Drive customer acquisition and adoption plans.Support creation of training and product content. Product Performance and GrowthDefine and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Analyze product health and usage metrics.Drive improvements based on data and customer feedback.Manage feature deprecation and transition planning.Build ongoing customer engagement loops to improve the product.Embody our culture and values.QualificationsRequired Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software developmentOR equivalent experience.Other Requirements: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.
