Mentor, coach, hire, retain and grow top talent. Provide hands-on technical leadership: architecture, design, code reviews, development, quality assurance and live site. Maintain and grow large scale authorization systems while driving security and resiliency efforts. Partner with Product Management to meet immediate and longer-term business objectives. Embody Microsoft Culture and ValuesQualificationsRequired: Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related technical discipline AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.Experience as an engineering manager, or a technical lead with a passion for coaching and mentoring others.Other RequirementsAbility to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
