Join the Microsoft Entra Global Secure Access team to build a leading solution in the fast-growing Security Service Edge (SSE) market—at the world’s largest security and identity company. 🚀 Microsoft Entra Global Secure Access (GSA) is Microsoft’s identity-centric Security Service Edge (SSE) platform. It combines Microsoft Entra Internet Access and Microsoft Entra Private Access to deliver cloud-native network security and identity services. GSA protects access for users and AI agents across Microsoft 365, SaaS applications, internet resources, and private corporate applications—from anywhere in a mobile-first, cloud-first world. Build trusted customer relationships that inform the product roadmap and improve the customer experience, aligned with the broader Microsoft Security portfolio. Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and communicate them clearly to engineering teams and other stakeholders. Own feature definition and the product-area backlog. Partner with engineering to navigate trade-offs, maintain focused execution, identify quick wins, and respond rapidly to customer needs. Drive product adoption and define success criteria and performance metrics. Use ongoing analysis of usage, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes to guide decisions and improve impact. Collaborate with other Microsoft product teams to identify high-value integration scenarios and lead the delivery of seamless joint experiences. Evangelize and demonstrate the product to internal and external audiences, including customers and partners. QualificationsQualifications - Required: 4+ years of experience in cross-group and cross-functional product management roles. 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong technical foundation in security concepts. Customer-centric mindset with a proven track record of solving customer problems and delivering value through product innovation. Data-driven, analytical approach to decision-making, with the ability to use data and metrics to measure, experiment, improve, and communicate product impact and outcomes. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels. Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Technical background or bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
