OverviewThe Security Cloud Solution Architecture Manager leads a team of Security Cloud Solution Architects focused on helping customers strengthen their cybersecurity posture and accelerate adoption of Microsoft Security, Cloud, and AI solutions.This role combines customer engagement, technical leadership, business growth, and people management. You will partner with customer executives to drive security transformation, deliver business value, and build a high-performing team that helps customers achieve their security and digital transformation goals.ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a team of Security Cloud Solution Architects, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.Partner with customer executives to shape security strategies, modernization initiatives, and long-term technology investments.Drive adoption and business value from Microsoft Security, Cloud, and AI solutions, helping customers reduce risk and improve cyber resilience.Build trusted relationships with customers and serve as a strategic advisor on cybersecurity, compliance, and emerging technologies.Lead complex customer engagements and collaborate across Microsoft teams to deliver successful customer outcomes and operational excellenceQualificationsRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field and 10+ years of experience in cloud technologies, IT consulting, technology solutions, architecture, or consulting; or equivalent experience.5+ years of people management experience.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree and 15+ years of relevant experience, or Master's Degree and 12+ years of relevant experience; or equivalent experience.8+ years of customer-facing experience.8+ years leading technical teams, projects, or functions.Cloud and/or security certifications (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, security certifications).8+ years of people management experience.
