Join us to do meaningful work that changes the world and helps shape what’s next for everyone.Responsibilities・Lead the creation and execution of long-range strategic visions that catalyze partner impact and potential, specifically with major system integrators in enterprise markets.・Build, maintain, and own trusted-advisor relationships with executive leaders at complex partner organizations to achieve strategic alignment and drive innovation.・Identify and recommend new market opportunities by analyzing industry gaps and emerging trends in artificial intelligence and enterprise transformation.・Advise partner leadership on building and scaling high-impact Microsoft Services practices, championing the adoption of AI-driven solutions and business growth.QualificationsRequired/Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Operations, Computer Science or a related field AND 8+ years experience in partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry or related experience OR equivalent experience.Preferred QualificationsMaster's Degree in Business Administration, Business Science, or an advanced degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) or a related field AND 10+ years experience in partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry or related experience OR equivalent experience.
