Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience in complex project management. (experience)
• Proven experience delivering consulting services to external clients, preferably in enterprise or transformation contexts. (experience)
• Fluency in both German (minimum C1) and English, written and spoken. (experience)
• Residency in Germany and valid EU work permit are strongly preferred due to operational and client-facing requirements. (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (strongly preferred). (certification)
• Agile certifications such as Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or PSM I. (degree in psm i)
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. (experience)
• Experience leading in matrixed or global delivery environments, particularly across virtual teams. (experience)
• Experience with cloud service offerings, ideally Microsoft Azure or comparable platforms. (experience)
• Experience with Microsoft Solution Areas “AI Business Solutions”, “Cloud & AI Platforms” & “Security”. (experience)
• Consulting Project Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Germany is € 72,000.00 - € 122,300.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation. (experience)
