Lead feature work to our automation framework which is used by our organization to author test content. Lead work on enhancing the test authoring experience by developing AI solutions and leveraging cutting edge MCP’s. Collaborate closely with engineers based in Dublin, Redmond, Nairobi and beyond to tackle compatibility issues in Windows.QualificationsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND strong technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.Preferred Qualifications:4+ years' industry experience designing, building, testing, and shipping software. 6+ years' industry experience designing, building, testing, and shipping software, including technical leadership. Experience working with and building AI solutions is highly desired. Solid problem-solving skills and ability to deal with ambiguity comfortably. Passion for customers, product quality and drive for results. Leadership and communication skills are key to this role. Software Engineering IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Ireland is € 77,400.00 - € 130,000.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
